We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product has already been used and you still wish to request a refund, we can only refund 50% of the product's value, and you may keep the product.

As this is an international return, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
We're unfortunately unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customs, Duties & International Shipping
As an international order, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, even if a return or refund is approved.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund — this can sometimes take longer for international transactions.
